How to Use Pure N Easy®

Follow these simple steps to keep your hot tub clean and your skin feeling amazing.

  • 1️⃣ Fill and Warm Up

    Fill your hot tub and warm it up to 60 degrees or warmer. Check and balance the pH to 7.2 - 7.8.

  • 2️⃣ Add Pure N Easy®

    Add 5 oz per 100 gallons of Pure N Easy®. Wait 20 minutes before soaking. After your first soak, and on occasion, add a generic non-chlorine shock as directed.

  • 3️⃣ Spray Filters

    Spray the filters after the first and second days. Then, spray monthly or bi-monthly.

  • 4️⃣ Enjoy 4-6 Months!

How does Pure N Easy® work to purify water?

Pure N Easy® purifies water in a four-part natural process:

Flocculation: When added to water, Pure N Easy causes dissolved, invisible impurities to come out of suspension.

Coagulation: Next, the impurities are neutralized as they clump together and become insoluble.

Precipitation: Once coagulated, the insoluble, neutralized impurities solidify as they precipitate out of the solution.

Deposition: The precipitates settle on surfaces and are deposited as sediment in the filter. Wipe any slippery surfaces with a cloth or sponge.

How long is Pure N Easy® effective in my hot tub?

Initial treatment will typically last 4 to 6 months per each new fill-up.

An optional boost of 1 oz per 100 gallons around the 3rd month up to the 6th month will extend the drain refill times even longer.

How soon after treatment can I get in my hot tub?

You can enjoy your hot tub in approximately 20-30 minutes after treatment.

Will the water look different?

Yes, because we are different. Chemically bleached water which may look crystal clear, has and hides invisible toxins. Ionic Mineral water in hot tubs may reflect a faint natural green color. The elemental minerals in your water source may react with this mineral formula. It is perfectly okay if the water is tinted slightly green when you look into it. Notice that the deeper the water, the darker the color.
